Found Poem Carter

Forever Afraid

They came to kill Everyone

Where is god
It’s a dream
No, a nightmare
It can’t be real
Then fire, I feel it
It is real
The camps
Hoping for a miracle
Every day a new selection
Life and death
How is this possible
I don’t know
I don’t know
Why

  1. Hi Carter,
I really like this poem. I love the way you use all the images and how you brake up the lines. I especially like the ending. Awesome job!

  2. Carter,
This is a amazing poem that allows the reader to see the emotion in the characters point of view. You really described the emotion for the poem. Well Done.
